Rest costs: -obliged cleaning €70,00
-Tourist tax € 1 p.p.p.n.
-extra persons € 12,50 p.p.p.n. (from 6 persons). At a minimum from 3 nights.
-Deposit € 150,00 at Arrival (That will be payed back after the cleaning)

Time of arrival: from 16.00 hour

On arrival, the tourist tax: € 1.00 pppn and deposit (€ 150.00) handed.
After cleaning, the deposit is refunded back to your account. Provided there is no damage or additional cleaning proves necessary. Cleaning is calculated at 4 hours.

Time of leaving: till 11.00 hour

Days of arriving/departure: friday/monday  During the summerseason (8 july till 5 september 2011) You only can rent for a week. The day of arrival (and leaving) is on monday.

Payment: 6 weeks after the reservation, or earlier when the date of arrival is sooner.
The amount should be paid at once.
We encourage you to own cancellation insurance.
